Needless to say, the favor Efengi requested was to procure a 'Wet Floor' stand up sign for the water fountain room (See Ep. 4) which had become a slick zone of great danger. Efengi, as one of the few employees to wear shoes, had the most problems due to the slick soled styles of the early 40s.
Unfortunately, Elliot's fulfillment of the favor did nothing to stop the slippery nature of the floor itself and as soon as he was released from the camp, Efengi's next slip brought one of his remaining eyes directly into the sharp corner of the Wet Floor sign.
